I offer services designed to help you move forward with making a difference. Through our work you will go from feeling stuck to energized while getting crystal clear on what steps to take next. 

I draw upon my 20+ years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit management along with my MBA education to collaborate with you (and sometimes also your business partners or board) to develop solutions.  I take my knowledge and expertise to assist in distilling your goals and formulating the best customized solution for YOU.

A little more about me

I started Spark Good (F.K.A. Genuine Impact Consulting and Coaching, LLC) as a way to serve others by doing the work I love the most with people who are looking to make their own difference in the world.   I am a lifelong learner and keep up with current trends in best practices.  I am a relationship builder and connector. I am a teacher at heart and truly love to share knowledge with others and then support them as they flourish.

I live in St. Paul, MN with my husband and our goldendoodle.  We have four children ranging from elementary school to early adulthood.  I love coffee, campfires, connecting with others, experimenting in the kitchen, an afternoon nap and traveling - especially off the beaten path.
