The objective of a Strategy Intensive is to help you take a big leap forward on your path to creating a sustainable business as a vehicle for social change.
It’s a power-packed VIP session combined with 6 weeks of support.
The process includes:
A decluttering of your mind and ideas
Self-reflection and diving into your personal priorities
Getting clear on your vision and values
Deciding on your focus so you are not all over the place all the time
Understanding how your desired social impact integrates into your business model
Mapping out your strategy
This is not a cookie cutter or one-size-fits-all approach.

A Strategy Intensive Includes
45-Minute Pre-Call to Create the Plan (via ZOOM)
We’ll have a call to clarify your desired outcomes for the session, discuss an outline for the day, and identify any prep assignments you can do to help us make the most out of our time together.
If virtual, a prep package delivered via mail before our half day session so that you can have what you need when we meet.
Strategy Meeting (In-Person at in St. Paul MN or Virtual)
We’ll work together for a 3-hour sprint that I’ll outline in advance (with your input and designed to meet your desired outcomes).
You will leave your strategy session feeling some automatic clarity on your most pressing issues and/or questions in your business with some key actions rising to the top.
Within 48 hours you will receive a summary of our conversation along with a next steps action plan along with a one-page snapshot of your strategy. Other deliverables may be included depending on our conversation.
If virtual, a recording will be available.
45-Minute Follow-up Call (via ZOOM)
Occurs within 6 weeks of half day meeting
Ongoing support during the 6 weeks via email.
